Join a small group of like-minded people for a week of creativity and calm in the beautiful unspoilt rural village of Çıralı, on the Southern Turkish coast. Swim in transparent turquoise waters at Çıralı’s 3km beach, a protected nesting site for the Loggerhead Sea turtle, snorkel among ancient underwater ruins, take a boat trip or hike to secluded coves. Expand your culinary skills with classes in Turkish cuisine, given by a local chef using local produce, and/or explore your imagination with a creative writing course, inspired by visits to the mythical sites of Chimera, with its eternal flames, or the ancient cities of Olympos and Phaselis, and writing in situ.
Single or double accommodation in a pension two minutes from the beach, with delicious inexpensive traditional Turkish meals.
A one-week workshop, maximum 8 participants.
Dates and prices TBA: more information as the Covid situation evolves.
